All orders are shipped via UPS. 

Shipping charges are based on weight of your order. The more EarthyGlow products you order the more you save on shipping.

Please note:  During warm / hot summer months, EarthyGlow will take extra precautions in shipping your candle order to you to minimize damage. We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and on Wednesday depending on your delivery zone. This procedure is followed to avoid your product sitting in a hot delivery truck over a weekend. Thank you for your understanding.

During warmer months and places with year round warm climates your candle(s) may become soft when subject to warm temperatures. EarthyGlow candles are pure soybean candles that burn at a cooler temperature. For this reason, they may become soft or "sweat" and show a drop or a pool of scent on top . This is normal for an all-natural candle. Burn it as you would normally.

EarthyGlow exercises every opportunity to recycle and reuse. Your shipment may be a result of our efforts. We try to reuse boxes and packing materials when possible. Our goal is to always ensure safe delivery of your package and if we can do this while sparing our earth another tree, we will do so. We use recyclable plastic containers for our bath and body products and we will refill candle containers and give you a refund on your next order whenever possible. Every little bit helps to keep more out of our landfill and maintain our beautiful world we live in. Please recycle whenever possible.
